 Our Focus
Our focus is on training leaders with ephasis on fathers and sons. The leaders who shape the Kingdom and the world cannot be mass-produced. They are not found in herds, but are found like eagles; one at a time. Such leaders cannot be birthed by a surragate system, they must be produced through fathers. "Though you have 10,000 instructors in Christ, you have not many Fathers". These leaders are sharpened and polished one by one to fulfill their God-given calling. We are looking for; proven leaders, anointed, gifted, not average; authentic, not superficial; relevant, not cliché. Leaders with God given vision.Regardless of the grace on a disciple's life, apostolic leaders must transfer a mission-mindedness. The Apostle Peter said, "Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble" (2 Peter 1:10). The apostolic leader must be strategic in specifying and mobilizing the different arms and giftings of the people.
  Our Mission
Those who serve in the International Circle of Faith are working every day to bring the gospel to all people in every walk of life. The way they are accomplishing this might surprise you. Our ministries minister to the lost and hurting in hospitals, prisons, military barracks, Corporations, and even at places such as bike rallies, rodeos, racetracks and disaster sites. When ministering in such places, the hood of a HUMVEE or the table in a break room suddenly becomes a pulpit or a place of healing to a hurting soul. Sometimes pastoral counseling takes place on a bike or in the belly of an aircraft carrier. Kingdom ministry opportunities change almost every day. Each day thousands of people who have never committed their lives to Christ are passing into eternity. As long as people are hurting and yearning for more than this life has to offer, there will be a need for those in the ICOF who are willing and able to take Christ's message of love and hope to those who are spiritually lost. ICOF Ministries are ordinary people who are inspired by extra ordinary purpose and called to extraordinary service. Our CLEAR purpose is to minister in the market places of our society and on the battlefields of our world, in diverse, settings, thousands come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ because Love came alongside them during their moment of need. |
