Requirements:  Bachelor's degree from a University by the start of employment.  Must have the energy and drive to work in a fast-paced office.  Involvement in University clubs or organizations.  During fall and spring recruitment seasons, this position requires the ability to work odd hours and some weekends; travel to remote locations; load and transport admissions materials, displays, and other equipment.  Strong interpersonal and writing skills are necessary, including public speaking skills and the ability to present the ICOF in a positive way to diverse populations.  Candidates need not have completed their bachelor's degree at the time they apply; however, they must complete their degree by their start date.  Must be able to start no later than August 1.

Desirable:  The ability to start mid to late June is preferred.  The ideal candidate would be a recent graduate (by the start of employment) and preferably have already represented the ICOF in some capacity (for example, as a Student Ambassador, Tour Guide, RA, Orientation Leader).  As a role model for prospective students, the candidate should have a strong and positive University experience as both a student and campus community member.
